Lana Del Rey has canceled all of her European promotional appearances due to an illness, reports MTV UK.

The 29-year-old singer was scheduled to make stops in London and Paris to promote her 2014 album, 'Ultraviolence.' She was booked to appear on UK's Radio 1 Lounge, as well as perform two concerts for Virgin Radio in France.

“For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days,” her label, Polydor/Universal Music, said in a statement.

The nature of her illness was not released.

'Ultraviolence' received mostly positive reviews from music critics, and is predicted to be on several "best of" year end lists. After it's June 18 release, it was estimated that over one million copies were sold worldwide as of July.

Hope you feel better, Lana!
