Lana Del Rey + Lana Winters From ‘American Horror Story’ – Celeb Look-Alikes

Last night, Oct. 17, the second season of 'American Horror Story' premiered. After watching guest star Adam Levine get into some serious spooky ish with his onscreen wife, we couldn't help but think how much Sarah Paulson's character Lana Winters resembles songstress Lana Del Rey.

This season of the scary FX series is actually called 'American Horror Story: Asylum,' and it's mostly set in the mid-'60s in a seriously messed up mental institution for the criminally insane. Lana Winters is a reporter, and it must be her retro flair and hairdo that make her resemble Lana Del Rey so much. Aside from their vintage appearances, both Lanas have similar shaped features, including fuller-than-full lips and strong jawlines.
