Have you ever had a truly spiritual experience, despite never really aligning yourself with any particular religion or deity? If so, you were probably at a Marina and the Diamonds show. If not, you should go to a Marina and the Diamonds show. And depending on where you live in North America, that suggestion could soon become a reality. She just announced the dates for the upcoming North American leg of her Neon Nature Tour, set to take place later this fall.

If you have yet to see Marina live and are debating whether she's worth the expense or travel time, we're willing to weigh in on the dilemma you're facing. The upside of her live show includes paying witness to a truly unique, engaging artist at her finest while also having a transformative, out-of-body experience that completely alters the course of your life forever. Seeing Marina live is basically like looking into the face of God.

The downsides of seeing her are minor: Her fans can be really tall and drunk, and you may also sink into a deep depression immediately after the show, because the high you experience during her performance is that intense. She's that good.

If we haven't swayed you yet, don't bother. We deserve to see her more than you do.

The Neon Nature Tour, which is in support of her third studio album Froot, kicks off on October 12 at Houston's House of Blues, ultimately wrapping up at New York City's Terminal 5 on November 9. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 26, with a fan pre-sale beginning Wednesday, June 24.
