Miley Cyrus’ Dad Isn’t Sure Daughter’s Wedding to Liam Hemsworth Will Happen

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been engaged for almost a year now and it seems there is no rush to get to the altar. Even Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, has his suspicions on whether the two will eventually get hitched.

In an interview with ABC News, Miley's pops said, "They're young. They're kids. The great news is, they're great friends. They're really, really good friends. If you end up getting married, that's your business too, you know?" We think it kind of is your business Billy, considering it's your daughter and all!

When questioned further on whether the wedding will happen or not, Billy Ray said, "I don't know. I really don't. I play it by ear and I know whatever is meant to be, that's the way it's going to happen."

Cyrus' family is certainly singin' a different tune than Liam's, seeing as the wife of his brother Luke said they already considered Miley a part of the Hemsworth clan. The latest reports indicate that any wedding plans are on hold, with a source saying, "There have been so many problems with them, they thought it was best to work out their issues before making such a big commitment." Sounds like that corroborates what Billy Ray is saying too!

Only time will tell whether this wedding will happen...
