We're in for a big month when the May 2011 new music releases hit the shelves!

The Beastie Boys will make a comeback with their eighth studio album, ‘Hot Sauce Committee Part 2’ -- the first in seven years -- on the same day that 'American Idol' judge J. Lo drops her dance-inducing new record, 'Love?'

On May 10, SNL funny-guys The Lonely Island will bring us a whole new record of 'punny' songs to enjoy -- and a star-studded track list. 'Turtleneck & Chain' includes collaborations from Akon, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, and Nicki Minaj. But the Island better watch out -- 'Glee' superstar Matthew Morrison will drop his self-titled that day, too, and his features Elton John and Gwyneth Paltrow!

A week later, the viral duo the New Boyz will bring us their latest and greatest, and we're hoping for more knee-jerking dance moves. Perhaps the biggest album of 2011 will drop mid-month, on May 23, when Lady Gaga finally debuts 'Born This Way' in its full form. Lil Wayne was due to follow up 'Tha Carter III' with -- you guessed it -- 'Tha Carter IV' that same day, but the release has since been pushed back to June.

Also new for May 2011, get your paws on U2's anticipated 'Songs of Ascent,' or grab Death Cab for Cutie, 'Codes and Keys.' Hopefully, the spring flowers will also bloom a new Red Hot Chili Peppers record. Stay tuned!
