Rapper-singer Outasight burst into view on the Nov. 3 'X Factor' results show. Outasight (real name: Richard Andrew) performed his ultra-catchy single 'Tonight Is the Night.'

While it was the first time many saw Outasight perform, he has impressive credentials under his belt. He won the 2008 mtvU 'The Freshmen' contest and was featured on Asher Roth's 'Catch Me If You Can' remix.

'Tonight Is the Night' is Outasight's first official single -- and it probably sounded familiar. It's featured in the latest Pepsi campaign, featuring Ray Charles, Kanye West, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Michael Jackson.

Donning sunglasses and a dapper suit, Outasight was both aesthetically and aurally reminiscent of Pitbull, with more hair and less rasp. His performance was energetic, but his voice was somewhat flat. It's questionable whether Simon Cowell would let him past the second round of auditions if he were an 'X Factor' contestant.
