Our most recent information hints that Emily's character may be undergoing a transformation. And will Aria's former love interest, Jake, be coming back in the picture?

Shay Mitchell (Emily) reveals to WetPaint that as a result of Ali's return, Emily will take on a "tougher persona" as she navigates her love life and the upcoming love triangle, as well as the confrontations that arise from it.

Will Emison reign supreme, or will Paily become the ultimate power couple? Mitchell didn't give an answer, but revealed that she is definitely Team Paily. Those are definitely fighting words!

In other former couple news, Aria's ex-boyfriend, Jake (Ryan Guzman), won't be returning for Season 5. But he did tease, however, that he wouldn't be opposed for coming back for Season 6. Guzman revealed to his fans via Twitter:

This is sad for us, but not so much for Jake, who no longer has to fear disembowelment. Why? "A" likely has their sights set on someone else.
