This gun-wielding agent is on a manhunt in a famous rapper's 2007 music video. The video actually took seven months to complete and was shot in Japan, hence the subtitles. Towards the close of the futuristic clip, the main star of the video -- who is some sort of lab-produced super human -- is ambushed by this army of law enforcement officers in a creepy, deserted hospital.
