The competition for Song of the Year at the 2014 Grammy Awards is going to be tough! Honoring the songwriters and the composition processes, Song of the Year is one of the most prestigious music accolades. Although there were tons of amazing tunes released this year, the 2014 Grammy nominees for Song of the Year are Pink's 'Just Give Me A Reason' Feat. Nate Ruess, Bruno Mars' 'Locked Out of Heaven,' Katy Perry's 'Roar,' Lorde's 'Royals' and Macklemore + Ryan Lewis' 'Same Love.' Who do you think should take home the Grammy?

One of our favorite collaborations this year came from Pink and fun.'s Nate Ruess. 'Just Give Me a Reason' was the perfect power ballad to showcase Pink's songwriting skills. Somewhat autobiographical for Pink, the song presents two sides of a failing relationship, questioning if either party can "Learn to love again."

Bruno Mars has perfected the art of crafting a retro, smash hit. 'Locked Out of Heaven' calls to mind The Police, but Bruno's powerhouse voice makes it his own. The song is about falling for someone -- hard -- and Bruno brings about all that emotion and more.

2012 was rough for Katy Perry, but the singer bounced back -- and with a 'Roar'! The lead single from her new album, 'Prism,' was all about standing up for herself, but also empowers her listeners. Katy manages to keep things playful (that music video!) was also channeling greats like Muhammed Ali to drive home the point that she's not backing down.

Lorde snuck into the airwaves with her understated, but catchy-as-heck, single 'Royals.' The New Zealander pooh-poohs materialism in the name of friendship and life experience -- something we can all learn from.

Macklemore + Ryan Lewis produced some of the year's biggest hits ('Can't Hold Us,' anyone?), but their standout track is definitely 'Same Love.' The song encourages equality for all people, while examining a society where achieving that equality is still a challenge.

Who do you think should win Song of the Year at the 2014 Grammys? You can vote for your favorite once an hour until the polls close at 7:59PM ET on January 26, 2014.
