As PopCrush reported yesterday, Chris Brown got quite heated during his appearance on ABC's 'Good Morning America.' The singer stormed off set and broke a window after 'GMA' host Robin Roberts asked a question having to do with Rihanna. However, ABC network is not pressing charges against Brown.

According to TMZ, a police officer told that site that, "the NYPD will not investigate the matter because there is no complaining victim." This is extremely lucky for Brown considering the 'Look at Me Now' singer was sentenced to five years probation for attacking ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. If the television network had decided to have Brown charged, the 21-year-old could have faced jail time for vandalism.

Brown has stated in the past that he is tired of being asked about Rihanna, so Roberts made sure to confirm that these types of questions would be alright to ask before the interview. Brown and his people gave the OK, so Roberts fired away.

After Brown became upset and violent, Roberts stated that she was "shocked like everybody else" by Brown's behavior. She was also taken off guard because she and Brown have had an amicable relationship up until now, with the pop star calmly welcoming Roberts into his home for an interview following his assault on Rihanna.

Despite his 'GMA' outburst, Brown is still scheduled to appear on ABC's 'Dancing With the Stars' on March 29. The singer's fourth studio album, 'F.A.M.E.,' was released yesterday. Also, watch Robin Roberts' comments on this morning's episode of 'GMA' concerning Brown's explosive behavior.
