Move over Amy Winehouse! That English rose known as Adele has made her mark on American audiences this week. The singer's sophomore set '21' debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart, selling an impressive 350,000 copies its first week in stores.

The numbers show that '21,' which the 22-year-old smoky-voiced singer wrote when she was 21 years old, has become the biggest-selling album of 2011 so far. So a big congrats goes to Adele for this masterful feat.

'21' is bolstered by the single, 'Rolling in the Deep,' which features a '50s and '60s-era jukebox style, as well as Adele's wise-beyond-her-years voice.

Adele will tour North America, beginning May 12, which is a week after her 23rd birthday. Most of the tour dates sold out within minutes, and venues in Seattle and LA needed to be upgraded to accommodate demand.
