While there's no word on whether Adele will be performing at the 2012 Grammys, it has been confirmed that the songbird will grace audiences with her voice at the 2012 Brit Awards next month, along with 'We Found Love' songstress Rihanna. Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Noel Gallagher and Florence + the Machine are also set to hit the stage at London’s O2 arena, all of whom are nominated for awards this year.

Adele has three nods, including Album of the Year for ’21,’ Best British Single for ‘Someone Like You’ and British Female Solo Artist. Additionally, Rihanna is up for Best International Female Solo Artist, while Bruno Mars has been nominated for Best International Male Solo Artist. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are also up for Best British Male Solo Artist.

Coldplay has two nods -- in addition to being nominated for Best British Group, the band will go up against Florence + the Machine for Mastercard British Album of the Year. Meanwhile, 22-year-old newcomer Ed Sheeran has scored four nominations, the most out of any artist this year.

The 2012 ceremony will be hosted by Phil Clifton, and will take place on Feb. 21, just 11 days after the Grammy Awards. Click here for a full list of 2012 Brit Awards nominations.
