Tonight on 'American Idol,' the male half of the Top 24 contestants (soon to be Top 25 after a wild card is chosen) performed songs on the first set of live shows this season. Third in the rotation of impressive vocalists was curly-haired cutie pie Deandre Brackensick, who talked about his close-knit family and how his sister is his biggest fan during his intro video.

When he took the stage, Brackensick showed off his amazing falsetto as he breezed through Earth, Wind & Fire's 'Reasons.' With his luscious locks flowing, Brackensick had the female members of the audience (and judge Jennifer Lopez) swooning with his smooth, sultry, goosebump-inducing performance. The guy is also adorable, which doesn't hurt one bit!

After he completed the song, Brackensick was praised by the judges, with Steven Tyler responding to the screaming crowd by saying, "I told you this was gonna happen if you kept singing like that!" Lopez continued, "You're voice is so perfect to me," before congratulating him on making it to the Top 24 after being ousted last year during the Hollywood rounds. Randy Jackson also loved Brackensick's rendition of 'Reasons,' telling the young crooner, "I'm pulling for you ... I love you!"

Brackensick even had two young fans come up on stage, and the girls were absolutely beaming as he hugged them onstage. So, what did you think of Deandre Brackensick on 'Idol' tonight? Leave a comment below!
