Now, who saw this coming? Definitely not us. Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman and rock 'n' roll bada-- Anthony Kiedis recently opened up about a very emotional moment he recently had ... And it was all thanks to Justin Bieber and his film 'Never Say Never.'

According to an interview with Q Magazine (via Musicrooms), the 48-year-old 'Under the Bridge' hitmaker couldn't help from having his heart strings tugged while watching the flick about Bieber's life. "I sat on an airplane recently, coming from Hawaii to Los Angeles, with [producer] Rick Rubin just across the aisle, watching the Justin Bieber movie, 'Never Say Never,'" explained Kiedis. "I cried twice during that film and I want the world to know that!"

Even though Bieber tells a moving story during 'Never Say Never,' it wasn't the Canadian teen heartthrob that brought about Kiedis' waterworks. "They were doing this very cheesy giveaway of concert tickets to 16-year-old girls," said Kiedis. "The cheesiness didn’t matter -- it was the reaction of the kids. When you saw those little girls crying deliriously, I lost it."

Wait! It gets better. Not only was Kiedis crying, but so was Rick Rubin -- who has worked with some pretty hardcore guys, including bands like Slayer and Rage Against the Machine.

It looks like Bieber's magical tear-inducing powers are much more far-reaching than the realm of teenage girls after all.
