Beyonce launched her own athletic wear line, Ivy Park, on March 31st. And while the Beyhive may be her first line of defense against Lululemon's salty Twitter shade, she's dispatched her legal team to shut down an alleged knockoff of her Mrs. Carter Show-era merch.

A Texas apparel and accessories company called Feyonce Inc. has been selling shirts, tank tops and mugs emblazoned with logos and messaging that even the casual Bey observer would find hauntingly familiar. It's hard to imagine they're far outselling Beyoncé's "I Twirl On Them Haters" sweatshirt — but a review of their site shows that they have cornered the market on basic-ness.

The bulk of the wordplay on Feyonce's wares hinges on the hilarious similarity between the words "Beyoncé" and "fiancée," a connection many people first made well over 10 years ago when she was the hottest chick in the game wearing Jay Z's chain. In addition to the bold (and ballsy) pink text designs, their shirts come in a variety of much uglier fonts with an array of colors and prints.

For example, this T-shirt is for those who LIVE for elk hunting, but still want everyone — animals included! — to know that they're very much taken.

A filed complaint argues that the company has ignored prior requests to cease and desist, HypeTrak reports.

"Defendants adopted the Feyonce mark to call to mind Beyonce and her famous song. Defendants' conduct described herein is intentional, fraudulent, malicious, willful and wanton," the suit states.

Do you think Bey's team has a case? Are you loading your cart with one of these alleged bootleg tees right now? Weigh in. I was just bummed to find that Feyonce's products have NOTHING to do with Tina Fey. Guess I'll have to buy my "HIGH-FIVING A MILLION ANGELS" shirt somewhere else.
