Beyonce took the time to wish a special "survivor" this holiday season.

The story of Safyre Terry has touched people worldwide after the eight-year-old girl lost her family to an arson fire in 2013. Safyre herself sustained critical burns to her body and lost an arm and a foot as a result. She has since been in the care of her aunt, who put out a call on social media to send Safyre Christmas cards in an effort to make the young girl's holiday bright.

TMZ reports that Beyonce was one of the thousands of well-wishers who sent a Christmas card to Safyre. Enclosed with the card was a handwritten note from Beyonce that reads: "To My Survivor Safyre! You are such an incredible inspiration. Have a beautiful holiday. God bless you - Beyonce."

The singer also enclosed a "Flawless" t-shirt and a headband.

Other celebrity supporters have included President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, as well as the Insane Clown Posse.

According to the NY Daily News, Terry has since received over a million greeting cards and thousands of packages from people around the world.
