Two heartbreaking songs become one in the video for 'Rain Over You,' a mashup of Gavin DeGraw's 'Not Over You' with Bruno Mars' 'It Will Rain,' recorded by newcomer Brandyn Burnette.

The clip opens with Burnette sitting on his bed, mourning the end of a relationship as he sings DeGraw's lyrics, "Dreams, that's where I have to go / To see your beautiful face anymore / I stare at a picture of you and listen to the radio."

After the 'Not Over You' chorus, the song morphs into 'It Will Rain.' As Burnette, who bears some resemblance to Bruno Mars, continues to sit on his bed and sing, viewers see a few brief glimpses of the girl who has inspired his heartache. The video comes full circle and ends with another verse from 'Not Over You.' Musically, the songs sound very similar to the original recordings, with the main exception being Burnette's smooth voice.

Burnette, a recent Warner Bros. Records signee, has been busy releasing covers as he works on his debut album. He has also tackled Demi Lovato's 'Skyscraper' and Lil Wayne's 'How to Love' and lists his influences as everyone from Sam Cooke and Aretha Franklin to John Mayer and Arcade Fire.
