'Britney Spears: I Am the Femme Fatale' premiered last night, April 3, on MTV, and the documentary follows pop superstar Britney Spears as she prepares for her big comeback in the studio and on the stage.

In between takes of exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage from performance rehearsals, in-studio meetings with will.i.am, and filming a music video, Spears sat down with MTV VJ Sway to chat about her work ethic, her personal life, and much more.

In one video, Spears talks about her diligence at work and her show rehearsals. Spears has very elaborate set designs for the different songs she performs, and Sway asked Britney about how she takes it all in once she sees the finished product. "I'm a perfectionist, so I was just taking it slow," Britney responds.

Sway also asked about her choreography. "I'm more a big picture person, as far as getting with the choreographer and making sure, as a whole, the show is a good show," Britney says. "It's not about is this hard enough or does this look good enough ... [It's about,] as a whole, does the show speak for itself?"

Even though the rehearsals are intense, Britney is friends with her dancers and they always find some time to goof off. "My dancers are great. We have a great time," she admits. "They're funny, they're hysterical, and we always have a good time. And we work hard. I've been blessed to have the right team of people to work with."
