Chance the Rapper walked the red carpet at the 2017 Grammy Awards in a gray suit with matching gray ballcap at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Sunday night (February 12).

The 2014 XXL Freshman received seven Grammy nominations including Best New Artist, which he won, Best Rap Performance for "No Problem" featuring Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz and Best Rap Album for Coloring Book. Not only is this the first time he's been nominated for a Grammy Award, Coloring Book also marked the first time a streaming-only album was ever nominated.

Hosted by James Corden, the 59th annual Grammy Awards ceremony took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 12, broadcast live on CBS. The 2017 Grammy Awards nominees were announced on December 6, with a tribute performance to Prince.
