Team Christina Aguilera members Chris Mann and Monique Benabou were tasked with performing a duet of Celine Dion's 'The Power of Love' on 'The Voice' tonight (March 5.) We must say that Xtina chose wisely for her charges. Doin' Dion is always a challenge, since few (if any) singers have the same range as the Canadian diva. But these two? They owned this song, belting it out as if they wrote the lyrics and were actually in love with each other.

It was a nice touch for them gaze deeply into one another's eyes and make physical contact while performing. They were so believable that if this whole 'The Voice' thing doesn't work out for either of 'em in the long run, they should consider working together.

Mann, who is classically trained, is easily one of the best singers on the show, from a technical standpoint. But Benabou was no slouch. She showed off her range and her power (of love), which surprised her coach, who didn't recall her being quite so dynamic in the blind auditions.

Both singers brought their A game, with Mann showing that he can sing soulful ad libs, as Xtina said. She also commended Miss Monique for bringing emotion to the table. It was a hard decision, but after some internal deliberation and taking some advice from her fellow panel of coaches, Aguilera chose Mann.
