On tonight's (May 1) elimination and results episode, opera singer and Josh Groban heir apparent Chris Mann advanced for Team Christina Aguilera on 'The Voice.' The debonair gentleman edged out breathy vocalist Lindsey Pavao, who was an early favorite when the season launched this past winter. Mann will represent Xtina in next week's finals. He is, as they say, the last man standing.

Aguilera had 100 points to assign between her two team members, which she split smack dab down the middle, giving each singer an even 50 points a piece. When the audiences votes were factored in, Mann's tally skyrocketed, as the fans of the show clearly prefer this unique talent.

Mann looked genuinely shocked over the fact that he would be moving forward, while the gracious, lovely and talented Pavao thanked Aguilera through her tears.

Mann is one-of-a-kind, especially on a show like this, and he certainly possess the talent to take the crown next week.

The competition is about to get that much tougher now that each coach is down to one final performer. Good luck, Chris! You deserve it.
