Ciara Flashes Engagement Ring at Moet Rose Event in Houston [PHOTOS]

The newly-off-the-market Ciara flashed her brand new, 15-karat engagement ring from fiance, rapper Future, at the Moet Rose Lounge event (Oct. 28) in Houston in her home state of Texas. That's some rock.

Ciara looked fly, wearing sexy black Alon Livine dress with strategically placed cutouts. She hosted at the private, black-tie event, which doubled as a birthday celebration, since she turned 28 on Oct. 25.

It was the first time we've seen her rock, designed by Avianne & Co. That thing could cut plate glass. Nice cherry red mani, too! Just kidding. We were NOT looking at her nails since we could not stop gawking at that ice.
