Cody Simpson to Embark on Mall Tour in August and September

Flaxen haired teen idol Cody Simpson will be tearing a page out of Tiffany's teen-on-tour book by performing at malls in August and September. So if you head out to your local shopping mecca to grab a Cinnabon and do a little browsing at Nordstrom's or Abercrombie & Fitch, you will also get your all-ages entertainment fill courtesy of the Aussie answer to Justin Bieber.

The Coast to Coast tour begins on Aug. 6 and runs through Sept. 18, just in time for back-to-school shopping on several of those dates. You can pick out your "first day" ensemble and enjoy a little Cody crooning while you're at it. It doesn't get any better than that, kids.

Parents, you oughta love this. Normally, back-to-school shopping is a chore that most students hate, but with Cody Simpson singing his face off, it'll make the excursion that much more bearable.
