Cody Simpson Brings a Taste of ‘Paradise’ to New York City [Pics]

Australian teen heart throb and pop singer Cody Simpson has been making waves with his debut record ‘Paradise.’ Last night (July 18) New York city got a slice of paradise with a performance at the Best Buy Theater. Vocalist Ryan Beatty and pop-rock outfit Before You Exit served as support and got some major love from the boisterous crowd, as well.

Cody Simpson:

After many teaser videos, the crowd of screaming teenage girls finally got to see Cody Simpson hit the stage.

He busted some moves and danced his way into his fans' hearts.

The crowd sang favorites such as ‘La Da Dee,’ ‘All Day’ and ‘On My Mind.’

Simpson even serenaded us on his acoustic guitar.

His band members jammed with him onstage.

He's triple threat! He can sing, dance and play his own instruments.

Needless to say, many teenage girls lost their voices singing along with Cody Simpson.

Ryan Beatty:

Ryan Beatty’s onstage presence exudes simplicity and class.

He belted out soulful covers of Justin Timberlake’s ‘Suit & Tie’ and Ed Sheeran’s ‘Lego House.’

Beatty also performed his original single ‘Every Little Thing,’ which the crowd seemed to enjoy.

Before You Exit:

The pop-rockers got the crowd going from the get-go.

It’s easy to see that these group of friends are all about having a good time on stage.

The band’s camaraderie is as infectious as their energy during a performance.

A fan favorite was their cover of Bruno Mars’ ‘When I Was Your Man.'
