Daniel Kaluuya Wore Fenty Beauty Foundation at the Oscars & the Internet Is Freaking Out
Although Daniel Kaluuya didn't end up taking home the Academy Award for the Actor in a Leading Role category at Sunday night's ceremony, the Get Out actor seems to be winning the Internet this week.
Fenty Beauty tweeted out that the actor was wearing the makeup line's Profilt'r foundation in shades #480 and #490 on Monday (March 5), and the Twittersphere nearly had a conniption.
Now, for those of you unfamiliar with Fenty Beauty (and thus wondering why everyone cares so much), the company was founded by none other than Rihanna. Although the line was created “so that women everywhere would be included,” Kaluuya has proven men can definitely wear the foundation line for any skin type, too.
Kaluuya is also known for playing W'Kabi in Black Panther, and although the fight for the crown may have been against T'Challa and Killmonga, it looks like Kaluuya may just have been crowned the King of Fenty.
