The 16-year-old teen idol showcases his rap skills (and deep voice) in this leaked masterpiece, which is two-and-a-half minutes of sheer modesty.

Biebs is unarguably spot-on in the opening line: "Bieber fever is spreading across the country -- wait, world -- no, universe! Bieber fever is spreading rapidly and it is uncurable, I repeat, uncurable." Afterall, the pop sensation sells out five shows in one breath -- but has this fever gone to his head?

Truth be told, the Biebs knows all too well what effect his hair swoop and dance skills have on the ladies, so surely he's the only one who can clear things up.

The song continues:

"Yeah I got a Ph.D. / I don't need a fake I.D. / Yeah you females know of me / I'm so sick with no I.V."
