Dr. Dre, ‘I Need a Doctor’ Feat. Eminem, Skylar Grey

Pop music fans need a doctor, stat!

Finally, another new taste of Dr. Dre's long-awaited, still-release-date-less album 'Detox.' This thunderous track, called 'I Need a Doctor,' is the second single from the platter.

It features Eminem and Skylar Grey rapping and singing, respectively, over a nasty, signature Dre beat. Em's intense, enraged delivery is both matched and tempered by Grey's seductive vocals. The male-female interplay, and Dre’s assertive rap, which occurs towards the end of this jam, make this song a surefire ear catcher.

If the song reminds you of Eminem's mega smash 'Love the Way You Lie' featuring Rihanna, well, that's no surprise, since British Alex Da Kid produced 'I Need a Doctor' and co-wrote 'Love the Way You Lie' with Skylar Grey. Since 'Love the Way You Lie' was ubiquitous on the radio last year, the odds of 'I Need a Doctor' becoming a breakout hit of 2011 are good.

Plus, it doesn't hurt that Dr. Dre, Eminem and Skylar Grey delivered a stellar performance of the single at the Grammys last night.
