Emma Watson is taking legal action against hackers who leaked private, non-nude photos of her online.

The images feature the actress trying on clothing during a fitting, though they do not include nudity.

"Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen," Watson's publicist told TIME in a statement.

"They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further," the rep added.

The incident is not the first time the Beauty and the Beast star has dealt with a photo scandal: In 2014, the actress was threatened with a nude photo leak after speaking out about feminism.

Watson is not the only woman celebrity battling a private photo leak this week. According to Fox News, Amanda Seyfried is also currently pursuing legal action against a "softcore celebrity porn" site that published allegedly nude and intimate photos of the actress online.

Other celebrities who have been victimized by photo hackings include Jennifer Lawrence, Kaley Cuoco, Kirsten Dunst, Vanessa Hudgens and Kate Upton.
