The dress in question is a stunning Emilio Pucci number. It's constructed from chiffon and velvet fabrics and has a one-shouldered gold embellishment up the front of the dress and up to the shoulder. Fergie rocked the dress at the 2010 Grammy Awards with her Black Eyed Peas cronies, and Kylie was seen out and about in London wearing the exact same dress a few months later.
