Weeks after being brutally beaten by unknown assailants in the wee hours of the morning New York City -- which left him with a broken nose and without any recollection of the attack -- singer Gavin DeGraw has triumphantly returned to the stage and to the cheers of his adoring fans.

Lite 98.7 reported on DeGraw's second show back on his tour with Maroon 5 and Train. The comeback concert took place at the New York State Fair, and what a way for DeGraw to return to performing after briefly being sidelined!

DeGraw performed a handful of new songs from his forthcoming album 'Sweeter,' such as his hit, 'Not Over You.' His new album lands on Sept. 20. He also laid down plenty of his crowd pleasers like 'In Love With a Girl,' and his biggest smash, 'I Don’t Want to Be,' which closed his set.

Welcome back, Gavin! We hope that the trio of attackers are caught and that the rest of your late summer tour is a blast.
