Gregg Sulkin Incites Twitter-Fury After Comparing Difficult Workout to 9/11
Gregg Sulkin's new exercise regimen? Running from pissed followers who are tearing into him for comparing a recent workout to first responders' ascension of the World Trade Center's staircases on 9/11.
The Faking It star tweeted last night (January 17) in a since-deleted observation "Wow what a workout. Had to run up flights of stairs & all I could think of were the brave firefighters climbing the twin towers on 9/11." Sulkin did not, however, manage to delete a corresponding tweet that read "& they run up flights of stairs with heavy gear on their backs. Puts everything into perspective. #respect"
We can't imagine why, but people turned out to be pretty upset with Sulkin for drawing this type of parallel, and let him know as much.
And, in an extension of a particularly rough outing on social media, Sulkin became a potential victim of a nude video and photo hack. Users began posting alleged leaks to Twitter and tagging Sulkin and ex-girlfriend Bella Thorne. Thorne, though, quickly came to Sulkin's defense, and assured social media viewers that they were wrong — she insisted none of the photos or videos were Sulkin's.
