‘Hannah Montana’ Star Mitchel Musso Gets Busted for DUI + Underage Drinking

It looks like Miley Cyrus isn't the only 'Hannah Montana' star who isn't as squeaky clean as originally perceived. Cyrus' former co-star Mitchel Musso, who played her friend Oliver Oken on the show, was arrested in Burbank, Calif. yesterday (Oct. 16) for driving under the influence and underage drinking.

According to TMZ, Musso was pulled over by police officers at 3:43AM on Sunday morning after he "failed to slow down for cops who were directing traffic for an unrelated accident." As the officers walked over to Musso's 2007 black Mercede Benz, they detected a "strong odor of alcohol."

Police officers then conducted a field sobriety test on Musso, who also hosts Disney's 'PrankStars' and stars on 'Pair of Kings,' and apparently the singer/actor did not do well. The police officers also gave 20-year-old Musso a breathalyzer test, and he was way over the legal limit of .08 (that's the legal limit for drivers who are 21 years of age or older).

Musso was arrested soon after cops proved he was driving under the influence, and he was cuffed and booked at a nearby station. His bail was set at $5,000.
