Jake Gyllenhaal is adding to his Broadway repertoire by playing the bespectacled, nerdy florist, Seymour Krelborn, in the musical Little Shop of Horrors.

According to TIME, the actual show will not see a wide-release, but the number of performances was increased from being a one-night-only show to three performances at New York's City Center. The show will take place on July 1 and 2.

Also joining Jake in Little Shop of Horrors is Saturday Night Live's Taran Killiam, who will play the role of the sadistic dentist, Orin Scrivello. The part was originally played by Steve Martin for the 1986 film. The role of Audrey will be played by Ellen Greene, who is set to reprise the part. Chuck Chooper, meanwhile, will be the voice of Audrey II -- the evil talking plant who sparks all the events that take place in the show.

Other cast members for Little Shop of Horrors include Tracy Nicole Chapman who will play Chiffon, Ramona Keller who is set to play Ronnette, and Marva Hicks who will play the part of Crystal. Patricia Wilcox has signed on as choreographer.

As we mentioned earlier, Jake is no stranger to Broadway. He just wrapped up a stint in the two-man play Constellations, playing opposite Ruth Wilson. He first made his Off-Broadway debut over two years ago when he appeared in Roundabout's If There Is I Haven't Found It Yet.

Little Shop will mark Taran Killiam's Broadway debut, but if he proves to be even half as good at playing Orin as he is at parodying Eminem, we'll take it.
