Don't be fooled by the rocks that she got -- Jenny from the Block is big softie. Jennifer Lopez broke down in tears during her speech at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Lopez, who seems to do it all -- judge 'American Idol,' churn out YouTube and chart topping hits, star in movies and raise twins -- said she couldn't do a thing without her girls.

"I've had an incredible year, an incredible couple of years, of some ups and some not so ups," Lopez said, her voice breaking. "And the one thing that got me through was the women in my life." La Lopez went on to call out her closest confidantes. "My mother, my cousins, my friends, my sisters, all circling around me and being there for me every single minute," she noted. "When I look around this room and I think about how wonderful and beautiful it is to have that in your life, it's the women in my life that help me and shape me into the women that I am today."

Jenny from the Block's latest waterworks come on the heels of her performance at Mohegan Sun in October, when she cried after her background dancers reenacted her most high-profile romances. Lopez also got misty when Chris Medina was eliminated from 'American Idol.'

Here's hoping rumored beau Bradley Cooper can cheer J. Lo up. In the meantime, someone get this woman some Kleenex!
