Justin Bieber entered the ring on his Complex cover and quite literally last night (May 5), when he escorted boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. before his bout with Miguel Cotto at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The Biebs was Mayweather's good luck charm!

According to Yahoo! Sports, the teen escorted the boxer to the ring and spent two hours with him in his locker room before the match. He even made himself useful and earned his keep, as he carried two of the champs' belts into the ring.

It was like Bieber's Complex cover, where he was beaten to a pulp by a boxer, came to life. We gotta wonder if Mayweather taught the 'Boyfriend' singer how to throw a few left hooks, jabs or haymakers while they were bro'ing down.

The crowd was expected to be incredibly pro-Cotto, so perhaps having Bieber join him was a psychological move on the boxer's part. He was not booed as much as predicted when flanked by the biggest pop star in the world.

Biebs and Mayweather reportedly exchanged tweets and the boxer spontaneously and impulsively invited the Boy Wonder to join him in Sin City.

The Biebs wasn't the only music mogul in Mayweather's corner. Rappers Lil Wayne and 50 Cent were also on hand. As the fight commenced, Bieber took his spot next to Mayweather's "Money Team" and rooted for his new bro.

Looks like the Bieber good luck charm worked, as Mayweather beat Cotto via a unanimous decision.

After the fact, Bieber tweeted: "@FloydMayweather Hard Work & Dedication. congrats champ. glad i could be a part of it."

Biebs + boxing. Is there any better combo?
