Justin Bieber's record-breaking, 3-D movie 'Never Say Never' is being released on DVD and Blu-ray formats tomorrow, May 13. To celebrate the momentous occasion, the Bieb is launching a new website where his loyal throng of Beliebers can gain access to special Bieber treats and exclusive merch as well as other cool, assorted items to assist in throwing their own Bieber-themed party.

JSYK reports that by going here and linking it to your Facebook page, fans can unlock access t-shirt stencils, a purple punch and cupcake recipe, a customizable Twitter skin, life-size printable material and more.

In addition to finding fun party favors in the digital space, The Bieb is making like Willy Wonka and hiding purple tickets -- his favorite hue is purple, just like Prince -- in 500 random combo packs of the DVD. If you are lucky enough to nab a copy with the purple ticket, you can redeem it for an exclusive t-shirt as well as a 5X7 film cell signed by the Biebs himself.
