Justin Bieber’s Grandparents Injured in Car Accident

Justin Bieber's happy Christmas at home was muddied on Tuesday when his maternal grandparents were injured in a horrific car accident. Bruce and Diane Dale totaled their car after it overturned in a ditch.

"My parents got into a car accident today," the Biebs' mom, Pattie Mallette, shared on her Twitter page late yesterday evening. "They flipped into a ditch & totaled the car but thank God they are alive! My dad has broken ribs. Plz pray 4 him 4 quick healing! Count your blessings & forgive ur parents always. U never know what tomorrow holds!!!"

Despite his busy schedule, Bieber was able to spend the holiday weekend at home with his family. “Spending time with family – feels really good," he wrote on Christmas Eve. The 17-year-old 'Mistletoe' superstar has not yet taken to his own Twitter page to ask for positive thoughts from his nearly 16-million followers, though he has been active on the page since Pattie's initial posting.
