The baby daddy drama is not over yet.

Even though Mariah Yeater's lawyers ditched her and she withdrew her paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, the 20-year-old is not going gentle into that good night. Just when we thought The Biebs was in the clear, Yeater has hired new lawyers and appears to be vigorously pursuing her case outside of the courts. Ugh! Sorry to hear it, Biebs.

Yeater's new lawyer Jeffrey M. Leving told WGN-TV in Chicago that "This matter is not over. Negotiations are going on right now with Bieber's counsel. There's a new legal team [in place.]" He contends that Yeater still believes that The Biebs is her baby daddy and that a private DNA test is still being pursued. Yeater has also been the recipient of death threats since making her claims. Well, that's what happens when you accuse a major teen idol of fathering your baby. He's got an army of teenage girls on his side.

Leving said he has a singular mission. He stated, "My goal, when a DNA test is completed, is to keep everything confidential, which will be difficult if not impossible. I'm very concerned about this." Maybe his client should have considered all these variables when she launched her case?

The Biebs PR crisis manager Matthew Hiltzik has said, according to PEOPLE, that "It's sad that someone would fabricate such a malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claim. We'll continue to consider all of our options to protect Justin."
