When Santa's away, the elves will play -- per Justin Bieber's direction. The Biebs just unveiled the latest clip from his 'Under the Mistletoe' Christmas video series, the real life version of 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,' and it's sure to get you in the Christmas spirit... or at least in the mood to dance.

As we understand it, the 17-year-old teen icon has been left to tend to Santa's workshop and make toys with the elves, but Santa's little helper seems to have caught a dance bug. Remember the Biebs' 'Iron Man' arm? It wasn't a Halloween costume, after all. The transformer limb makes its video debut here -- it's used to bring the toys to life so that Bieber can have more backup dancers.

This version of the 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town' video acts as a promo for the new 'Arthur Christmas' flick with random animated clips thrown in the treatment -- though not enough to detract from Bieber's dance skills, which he shows off like never before. Still, it's more 'real life' than the first animated video, and we even get to see Bieber behind the kit, showing off his drumming skills! Boy, would we like to meet the lucky kid who gets those from Santa's sleigh...
