When you're as world-famous as Justin Bieber, it can be hard to get a little peace and quiet. The 17-year-old pop star was trapped inside his Liverpool, Eng. hotel today when hundreds of crazed fans filled the streets hoping to catch a glimpse of him.

The Biebs tweeted to the mob a few hours ago, requesting that they please be quiet so he could grab some shut eye. "This is crazy. there are like thousands of people out there. love everybody but gonna try and get some sleep. please dont scream. lol," he said. Bieber then posted a photo (above) of fans packed around the hotel's front door.

Fans crowded outside of the 'Baby' singer's hotel, chanting 'We want Justin!' repeatedly -- confirming that Bieber Fever is a worldwide epidemic. Bieber was reportedly warned by Liverpool police that he could start a riot if he or one of his people were spotted through his hotel room balcony, and if it were to happen, the young pop heart-throb would be arrested. 25 officers stood by in case of any incidents.

But like a true teenager, Bieber wasn't prepared to take no for an answer. "Trying to work it out so i can say whatup to my fans," he tweeted, adding shortly after that he was successful in his peace talks. "That was great! got to say hi to everyone. we are following the rules. lol. #LOVEMYFANS," he said.

Bieber is scheduled to perform tomorrow night (March 11) at Echo Arena in Liverpool.
