Justin Bieber continues to grow excitement the release of his new 'Under the Mistletoe' album -- first with a new single, 'Mistletoe,' which hit iTunes Monday; then his New Year's Eve performance; and now, with a behind-the-scenes video of the 17-year-old superstar recording his album in the studio.

In the clip, the Biebs sports a fashionable pair of headphones as he listens to the tracks he's laid down, taking it all in. There's also a few shots of the 'Baby' hitmaker belting out lines from the premiere single and at one point, we hear him reveal, "you know, it's probably one of the most special songs on the album," referring to 'Mistletoe.' Additionally, we see him texting while lost in thought (Selena Gomez, perhaps?) and as expected, there are a few goofy moments thrown in for good measure.

Towards the end of the video, Bieber debuts a new track from 'Under the Mistletoe' -- a beefed-up rendition of the classic 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.' The Biebs even sings a couple bars a cappella, showing us that he still has his signature vocal range. From what we can tell so far, this holiday album was a five-star idea that is sure to produce big payoff.

'Under the Mistletoe' drops Nov. 1.
