So, the era of JT5 is officially upon us, and so far, it looks like a freeze-frame from an early '90s Stetson ad. But what will it sound like? Feel like? How many more Jessica Biel cameos can we expect?

Let's investigate.

Long before Justin Timberlake posted a teaser of his fifth album, Man of the Woods, Tuesday (January 2), he'd been dropping hints here and there about what fans can expect from the follow-up to 2013's The 20/20 Experience 1 and 2. His fifth LP will hit stores in February, and in broad strokes, it'll be a return to his Tennessee roots. Whether that's a welcome departure, though, remains to be seen.

JT-disciple? You better be ready to commit his next project to memory quickly, because chances are, you'll hear some of it during his set at the 2018 Super Bowl halftime show, which will air on February 4, just two days after the release of Man of the Woods.

Here's what we know about Timberlake's new album:

"It sounds more like where I've come from than any other music I've ever made," Timberlake told The Hollywood Reporter in February, and said he'd recently been so inspired by the project, he was in his studio until 3 AM. "It's Memphis. It's Southern American music. But I want to make it sound modern — at least that's the idea right now."

He was creatively drained after Trump's election, and had trouble nailing down a genre:

"Everything feels divisive to me right now," he said. "Everything."

Still, his family has helped ensure his tunes remain at least a little jovial:

"This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family," he says at the start of the Man of the Woods teaser, and he added to THR "It's the best thing in the world" when he can make his two-year-old son smile and dance with his music.

No surprise — he's got some powerhouse producers and collaborators:

Pharrell, Timbaland and Max Martin, who just so happened to be the brains behind Timberlake's smash "Can't Stop the Feeling!," will all feature.

The Neptunes, Chris Stapleton and Alicia Keys also collaborated on the record, according to an official press release.

Timbaland told Rolling Stone in an interview published in November: "The music we just made? It's gonna put [Timberlake] on another plateau."

The lead single will be "Filthy"... and the album may be more dance-leaning than initially thought:

Oddly contradictory to the album's overall homegrown country image, lead single "Filthy" (due out Friday, January 5) will feature production by Timbaland and Danja — yes, as in Britney Spears' Blackout producer Danja.

According to a press release, the video for "Filthy" will be "colorful," "dance-heavy" and "futuristic."

But wait! There's more! Per a statement:

Following “Filthy” and leading into the February 2nd Man Of The Woods album launch, Timberlake will release three additional music videos, each with their own individual style and color from three different directors.  The additional songs will be released weekly starting on January 18th leading up to the release of the full album.

There are reportedly two other song names in the can:

The album will likely feature "Man of the Woods” and “Fresh Leaves," which have both been trademark-registered, according to TMZ.

The cover art is...interesting:

Us Weekly reported that a March concert date briefly went up on Ticketmaster, but was quickly taken down.

The track list reads like Robin Leach for L.L. Bean:

You can pre-order Man of the Woods on January 5.
