Kanye West and Kim Kardashian can't hide their feelings anymore! The star couple were spotted hand-in-hand at the grand opening of Scott Disick’s restaurant RYU in New York last night (April 24).

The rapper and his reality show star arrived at the NYC event with huge smiles painted on their faces, and allowed photographers to snap them holding hands as they entered the space. Although she was coy about it in the beginning, Kim K quietly announced her feelings for Ye over the weekend, when she was seen sporting gold earrings with the 'Way Too Cold' rapper's initials.

The Kimye cuteness doesn't end there. On April 18, the famous Kardashian tweeted, “Nobu with no boo," which some say is in reference to West's 2010 song 'See Me Now.' The tune features the lyrics: “I might walk in Nobu with no shoes.”

While the West-Kardashian romance is a match made in paparazzi heaven, Kim's sister Khloe said it happened naturally. “It’s a really good friendship that went into dating,” she told Us Weekly. “[Kim] wore the KW earrings, that pretty much confirmed that!”

Khloe also recently appeared on 'Watch What Happens Live,' where she gave more context to her sister's new relationship. “We’ve known Kanye for like nine years, and we had a double-triple-foursome date,” she told host Andy Cohen. “He’s great with the family, but again, we’ve known him for so long. It’s not like some stranger getting into a hurricane.”
