Kanye West + More Perform at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Kanye West, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Maroon 5 all performed at the 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 9. The musicians each performed their own set throughout the runway show, with the exception of Yeezy and Jay, who took the stage together under their collaborative rap moniker the Throne.

The show was a visual spectacle, with bright colors filling the room -- and they weren't just on Nicki Minaj's outfit! The models wore a plethora of elaborate, colorful outfits, and the light show that Victoria's Secret provided at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City was truly dazzling.

First up on the performance lineup was uber fashionable rapper Kanye West. Before his performance with Jay-Z, who was a surprise guest at the show, Kanye addressed the audience to dedicate his performance to his late mother. "In 2007, I was supposed to perform this song ... Then my mom passed away," Kanye said (via E! Online). "She was my superhero -- now she's my superangel." Yeezy then broke into his hit 'Stronger' before Jay-Z joined him to perform 'N-----s in Paris' off of their 'Watch the Throne' LP.

Nicki Minaj was next on the bill, and the rapstress didn't disappoint with her choice of costume. Mama Barbz was looking as outrageous as ever, donning a vivid dress with an orange corset top and multi-colored, tutu-esque skirt. She also wore a baby pink wig of curls, blue tights with hearts on them, and long, black and white striped gloves. As she sang 'Super Bass,' Minaj worked the catwalk like she was one of Vicki's hires.

Later onstage, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine started off in the backdrop, performing 'Moves Like Jagger' with his band at the beginning of the sparkly runway. However, when it was his girlfriend's -- Victoria's Secret model Anne Vyalitsyna -- turn to strut her stuff on the catwalk, Levine joined her, holding her hand and admiring his lady's beauty.
