Today on Twitter, Katy Perry announced that English singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding will be joining Perry on her California Dreams tour! Unfortunately, Goulding is replacing Jessie J, who recently broke her foot and will not be able to join in on the California Dreams fun! The singer, who recently appeared as the house artist at the MTV VMAs also tweeted her disappointment over not being well enough to go back out on tour! Maybe next time, Jessie!
