Kesha and her lawyers are reportedly in the process of seeking an injunction in order to allow the "Tik Tok" singer to record new music without her producer, Dr. Luke.

Billboard reports that on Friday, Oct. 30, Kesha's lawyers delivered statements to a court that the singer's career has been affected by her legal battle with Dr. Luke and are pushing for her to release new music without Dr. Luke's involvement. Kesha has accused Dr. Luke of sexual abuse and has filed a lawsuit against the hitmaker responsible for Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball," Pitbull's "Timber" and Britney Spears' "Circus."

The papers also indicate that Kesha would be willing to work with Sony Records, who she is also suing as part of the sexual harassment lawsuit. Sony Records has reportedly stood by Dr. Luke and will not release another album by her without Dr. Luke.

"The letters in response indicated both Sony and Dr. Luke believe the exclusivity clauses remain in effect, they will not agree to refrain from enforcement, and Sony specifically will not work with Kesha unless she agrees to work with Kemosabe and Dr. Luke’s company, KMI," stated Mark Geragos, her attorney.

Kesha first alleged in October 2014 that she had been abused by Dr. Luke during their 10-year relationship working together. The lawsuit details horrific accounts of being drugged and abused, which forced her to seek rehab in January 2014 for an eating disorder.

Dr. Luke (real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) has denied her claims and has countersued Kesha for slander and has accused her of trying to breach her contract with him.
