In the latest Gagavision video posted on her YouTube page, Lady Gaga says she has finished designing the album cover for 'Born This Way,' which hits stores on May 23.

The clip shows footage from Gaga's two days off in New York City, where she does press, finalizes album artwork and hangs out with friends.

Filming herself with a Flip Cam aimed at a mirror, Gaga says, "I have been up for approximately 72 hours straight working on finishing this record, and I finally finished the album cover. I love it so much!"

Gaga also discusses the expanded version of the album -- but don't call it the deluxe version. "I don't want the word 'deluxe' on the album. I hate that word," she tells her advisers, because such language implies that the standard version is inferior.

The video later shows Gaga goofing off with her friends. She presents one with a 'Sewn This Way, Baby!' stuffed Gaga toy that plays the chorus of 'Born This Way.' She also shows how she was the victim of a shower prank, when someone hid a slice of pizza inside her shower towel to torment her because she can't eat junk food.

Gaga signs off by reminding her fans, "'Judas' is coming in five days ... let the cultural baptism begin."
