Lady Gaga serves up 'Fashion of His Love' in two versions on the deluxe edition of 'Born This Way' -- the original, retro-sounding recording and a 'Fernando Garibay Remix' that brings the song into the 21st century.

Garibay co-wrote and co-produced the original version, which serves as Gaga's tribute to fashion designer Alexander McQueen, so he doesn't change a whole lot on the remix that bears his name. The main difference is replacing the '80s beat with electropop instrumentation that sounds much more current.

That simple move, plus the addition of a few synths, really makes a big difference. The music also drops out during the bridge, accentuating the lyrics as Gaga sings, "No longer reason to cry, or to justify how I feel for you my love."

The remix sounds like something you could hear on any dance floor, even if it might not be as much of a crowd-pleaser as past Gaga hits 'Born This Way' and 'Bad Romance.'

The Garibay remix of 'Fashion of His Love' is one of five remixes on the 'Born This Way' deluxe edition, which was officially released May 23, along with the standard version of the record.
