Lady Gaga has a leg up on the cover of the bilingual, Spanish edition of fashion mag V. Literally. Gaga is posing with her leg high in air.

She is sprawled atop a reproduction of her 'Larger Than Life' Visionaire mag cover, which featured the Mother Monster slathered in an oily substance and sporting a scaled, mermaid tail. There was also a life-sized version of the issue, which made the Guinness Book of World Records.

This V cover is raunchy, with Gaga kicking her stiletto-ed foot in the air, revealing thigh high sheer stockings without garters. She's rocking an LBD dressed up with serious neck bling. As for those killer black heels? The crimson lacquered sole indicates that they're Christian Louboutins.

Gaga has appeared on the cover of the U.S. version of V multiple times, as well as the Asian version but her Spanish V cover is special since it references another art-fashion cover on which she appeared. V and Visionaire are counter cultural publications and Gaga's graced 'em both. JustJared got the exclusive on the cover, which drops next week in Spain and will be made available in the U.S. at the end of December. The spread will feature never-before-seen photos of Gaga while celebrating 10 years of high-end fashion within the publication's pages.

The mag issued this statement about the cover: "We nominate Lady Gaga as the ultimate ‘visionary’ and celebrate her by featuring her on the cover. See how she embodies the spirit of V and Visionaire in this retrospective glimpse into our history. Here is to the next 20 years!"
