Lady Gaga Mouths Off in Busted Grill [PHOTOS]

Lady Gaga really got tongues wagging with her YouTube Music Awards appearance on Sunday, Nov. 3. From her tear-stained performance of the emotional ballad 'Dope' to the grill she wore in her mouth, she grabbed headlines. The perf was moving, but that grill? Oh, that grill.

It's the same one she sported on the single cover for 'Dope' and it makes her mouth look busted. Oh, and she looks like she could use some Crest Whitestrips, too! The accessory doubles as a bracelet -- it's a dental cuff and a true multi-tasker. You can see it on Gaga's wrist in some of the pics below...if you dare.
